POP= Points oF Performance for the KBs:
at the top of the swing make sure those glutes are squeezed tight, belly button pulled in towards your spine.
At the bottom of the swing,
Hips and shoulders are aligned and your mid line is tight/flexed.
Keep that chest up at the bottom!
