for this workout, once you start the clock for the first entire min you do max effort step ups.
at the 1 min mark you do 1 jump followed by max effort step ups..at the two min mark 2 jumps max effort step ups... ETC.
Do not let this LEG BURNER FOOL YOU. It brings the HEAT.
*if you are unable to jump on box- stack plates or something sturdy you can hop with both feet on and off. Height comes second I want every one JUMPING! :)
