The pushups can be modified to your knees or shoulder taps if needed.
-If you do shoulder taps complete 100 alternating. (shoulder taps are a plant position alternating hand to opposite shoulder.
For the bent rows. You can use a bar or dumbells. Flex your back and keep posture tight as you pull that bar/dbs to you.
