So why doesn't every push the INTENSITY..

because its UNCOMFORTABLE.

LOG TOTAL CALS OVER ALL 6 ROUNDS.

GOAL:

Find the HARDEST pace you can MAINTAIN for 2:40

and the last :20 is an all out sprint.

Keep an eye on how many cals per minute you are hitting

and every minute the goal should be to repeat that effort.
