25 AMSU (Rx+weighted)
3 MUs or 9 pull-ups
*rest 5 mins in between rounds
*if you work up to the cap on any section, you scaled it wrong
and you will begin the next section immediately.
DO NOT scale it wrong, ask your coach if you are unsure...
