-then-
Every 4:00 for 5 sets:
10 DLs 275/205
20 WBs 20/14
50 dubs or 150 singles
*WBs should be unbroken, if 20 isn't doable, pick a big set and do them UB 10/15, or as always lighten the weight and do them UNBROKEN!)
*DL should be a HEAVY set of 10, doesn't need to be unbroken.
